You feel the side effects. Where's the proof it's working?

  • You can feel every side effect — but not the progress.
  • Weeks pass between weigh-ins. Anything could be happening in between.
  • You uptitrated. Did it actually do anything?

That's what Jekto is for.

See your medication level, in real time

Jekto shows how much medication is in your body right now, this week, all month. Built on FDA pharmacokinetic data for semaglutide, tirzepatide, and orforglipron. Most apps charge for this. We don't.

Connect your weight changes to your doses

When did your weight stall? When did it drop? Now you can see the answer right next to the dose changes that might explain it. Useful for your next doctor visit.

No AI guesses. Just your data.

Other apps promise AI-powered predictions. We promise honest data. Every chart in Jekto comes from two sources: what you log, and what the FDA says about your medication. Nothing made up.

Frequently asked questions

What GLP-1 medications does Jekto support?
Jekto supports semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy injection, Wegovy pill), tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), and orforglipron (Foundayo). You can also add any other medication as a custom entry — useful for compounded GLP-1s, metformin, or anything else in your stack.
Does Jekto work with the Wegovy pill?
Yes. Jekto is built pill-first — most GLP-1 trackers were designed for weekly shots and treat oral GLP-1 as an afterthought. The Wegovy pill has a post-dose 30-minute fasting timer that starts automatically when you log a dose.
Is Foundayo (orforglipron) supported?
Yes — all six FDA-approved doses, from 0.8 mg through 17.2 mg. Foundayo doesn't have fasting restrictions, so reminders are simple: a daily nudge at whatever time you choose.
Does the fasting timer work for the Wegovy pill?
Yes. When you log a Wegovy pill dose, a 30-minute countdown starts automatically. The live timer shows "Taken X min ago · Y min until you can eat" — so you know exactly when you can have food, drinks, or other medications.
Can I track multiple medications at once?
Yes — from day one. Most apps only let you track one GLP-1. Jekto supports any combination (semaglutide + metformin, two GLP-1s during a switch, GLP-1 + other meds). Each has its own dose schedule, reminders, and shows up on the medication level chart.
Is this medical advice?
No. Jekto is for informational purposes only — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk to your doctor about dose changes, side effects, or anything related to your treatment plan. Jekto's job is to give you better data to bring to that conversation.
Can I export my data to share with my doctor?
Yes, with Jekto Pro. The PDF export includes your dose history, weight chart, side effect log, and medication info — formatted for a 5-minute review during your appointment.
How is my data stored?
Locally on your device. Nothing is sent to a server in the current version. Optional iCloud sync is coming soon, so your data follows you between iPhone and iPad if you choose to enable it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. You can cancel anytime, including during the free trial. We don't hide cancellation behind a phone call or a chat flow.
Does Jekto work with compounded GLP-1?
Yes — add it as a custom medication. You can set your own dose schedule, units, and frequency. The medication level chart uses a standard half-life estimate for known compounds — the math is the same as for the brand-name version.
